Also, if you use MS Internet Explorer or MS Outlook, please do not add my e-mail address to your address book. These two programs are known for their security problems and several viruses are able to use their address books to automatically e-mail themselves to other people. Other programs (such as Opera, Mozilla, Eudora, The Bat, etc.) are generally safe. I receive several e-mail viruses on a daily basis from people with Outlook / IE. Instead, you can keep a link to this page (in your browser's "bookmarks" or "favourites") and click on the link above to send me mail.
