I am using Apple's DVDStudio Pro. It's nice. But
I can make good looking DVDs for computer use but when I watch them on a TV the motion is by no means smooth.

I have seen a DVD made from a Mac G5 with DVDPro and noticed that the encoding was not great. The colours were fine and pretty sharp, but movement was bad.

I have found that DVDWS2 will allow me export Dolby Digital.
(Actually I am using the trial version which does not have this option, so now I guess I just get the real thing!)

I burn a Verbatim X2 as a master DVD.
Then I put this onto a harddisk and duplicate onto 4 DVDs a go onto Maxell printable.

I have found that you cannot put paper labels on DVDs. They seem to interfer with the DVD player mechanism. ANd then, of course, with time -and certianly heat, they peel. Bif problems.
