Hi All,

Does anyone have Test Video Clips which can be used to test the MPEG4 encoder quality and performance?

Why would you need "test video clips" for that? The quality will depend on the settings, and the settings need to be adapted to each type of footage. Settings that work for cartoons probably won't work very well for real video, and vice-versa. And settings optimised for stills won't be optimal for footage with fast motion, and so on.
