A friend sent me a link to this article, published by a supposedly "professional" site, and written by a magazine editor:

Most of it is, however, completely wrong. No wonder that when I talk to "non-techie" video editors they are so clueless and confused about HD formats and codecs.

Why do people write and publish articles about things they don't understand? I guess either they think they understand it or (more likely) they just need something to fill the space between the ads.
