|
|
Hi there,
I compressed a film (based on a DVD) with nearly the setting like descibed in the guide of Rui del-Negro / Azul SPI.
The difference is that I select System (Video only) insteed of ES (Video only).
After several hours (exactly 21) of encoding I cannot get the compressed video back into my DVD structure using IfoEdit (ReMux function).
I get error message: Audio out of sync.
Whats going wrong and is there a chance to rescue the created m2v file.
To explain my problem exactly:
First of all I rip the DVD completly to my HD using SmartRipper. Then split all unneeded stuff from the DVD (like additional Languages and subtitles using IfoEdit). Checking that 'new' DVD with my Software Player to see if all unwanted stuff is away. And it works great
Unfortunaltly the 'new' DVD is around 7 GB which is too much to store on an DVD+R. I need to compress the complete video material using Tmpeg.
To do that, I create a *.d2v file using DVD2AVI and load it into Tmpeg.
Set all like dicribed and start the process.
After Tmpg was finished I want to ReMux the *.m2v file (which is now 4,3 GB) using IfoEdit.
I getting the discribed error message. What can I do?

I don't use IFOEdit so I don't know what exactly causes that message.
You can separate the MPG / MP2 file into two files (one with the audio and one with the video) using TMPGEnc's "MPEG Tools" (in the "File" menu). Select "Simple demultiplex", and enter the file names.

I separate it with DeMultiplex. After hat I ReMux it with IfoEdit.
No error message
But know the video stream is bucking after 5 minutes. If I wath the videostream in PowerDVD, everything works great.
Any Idea?

When using TMP and then authoring with ifoedit, you need to save as an elementry stream versus system stream. What audio source are you loading when you're muxing? |
