Hi, I am a niew member and have a question. I have tried to use Adobe encore to make a dvd but my film with lower pixels is not supported bij this application. How can i resize de pixels format to 720/576. Is there an application to help me?

Pretty much any editing or compositing program can be used to resize the movie. If you have Premiere, After Effects, etc., you can use one of those. If not, you can use free programs like Wax or Virtualdub.
BTW, are you trying to import an AVI file or a MPEG file?
