hi
i load with vdub check for bad frames then convert the audio 4800hz etc... save to wave file etc... u get the idea.
been doing svcd for a long time with no problems but i upgrade and got my self a dvd writer.
so i now try to convert in to dvd pal cbr mpeg-1 layer 2 audio mp2 but it keeps failing at 97%
i pick dvd pal then make sure its on mpeg layer 2 audio etc...
then i load up the avi file and the wave file i made with vdub etc...
i then click on noise reduction and make sure it on high etc.. then i click next etc...
i change the video bitrate which means then higher quality etc but making sure i don't go over the dvd size etc...
etc....
then i go into mpeg settings and change the audio and normalize it to 100% which i ive always done etc... then click on adv and change to aspet ratio to (keep aspet ratio) etc....
then i click to code it etc.... as normal
its starts coding fine and then gets to 97% evertime and gets a stream error and fails
the mpeg file which it has made still works fine just i lose credits from the film etc...
but if i decode a film with no credits then i lose 3% of the film which is rubbish!
can u please please help me and tell me what iam doing wrong i have read up on lots of site but don't seem to be fixing this problem. |

i solved the problem in the end .
it was because i was using fat32 instead of ntfs.
i was hitting the 4gb limit
changed to ntfs and all is fine |
