The calculator is here:

To save it locally, simply save the page from your browser's "File" menu. If you want to keep the icons, etc. (not really necessary), make sure you select "save complete page" or "save with images".

After that, just double-click on the file (Calculator.html).

Alternatively, if you have a permanent internet connection, just keep a bookmark to the calculator, that way you'll always be using the latest version.
