Since I have never had any problems with Tmpgenc this is new to me. I have an error or warning that says that I don't have software to output a bframe decoder lag. Now I understand what that means that there is going to be a problem with the video and sound not being aligned. So I am assuming that I need to add something to fix this problem. The actual wording is Warning: Nothing to output bframe decoder lag. Can someone who is a patient and graceous person please explain to me what I need to do. The second question is: All of a sudden the vcds I am encoding don't work on my dvd player and I didn't change anything. I have to encode everything with nero. Go figure. Anyway, any help at all would be greatly appreciated. My kiddies aren't going to be happy that they can't watch Ella Enchanted tommorow. Sad

What is your source file (i.e., what are you feeding to TMPGEnc)?
