Hello,
I've been attempting to make the transition from using CBR to using VBR (2 pass) in order to get better results encoding from avi files to DVD MPEGs. Unfortunatly when I use the suggested values from the Bitrate Calculator, the resulting files are always too large. Even before I mux the audio, the .m2v files are usually 4700 or larger even if I take a couple hundred off the average bitrate suggestion.
Any ideas? |

I don't use Bitrate Calculator. Try to compressed one little file ant calculate, how big is file and average bitrate was. Then you can to bigger files use. _________________ 21"IBM|9550XT|AMD-1700+|512DDR|120+80GB|DVD+/-RW/411S|Audigy+5300|K7VTA3|WinXP |
