Hi.
I have been asked to do a webcast from Rome in November.
We will be shooting on DVCAM but...

What do I need to do to get a webcast?

A "webcast" is a very generic concept. You need to ask the people managing the servers that will be used. Some servers use custom streaming formats (with a Java client, for example), some use Windows Media or Quicktime or Real Video streams, etc..
