Sorry for the delayed reply, I just joined.
As for the program, it is still in its infancy stages, but it has potential.
Thing I like:
It is fast, it can edit mpeg2 files, it is simple to use.
Things I don't like:
Just one. The menu templates are sub-standard.
Other than that one problem, it is a very good program for authoring DVD's.
I am sure in the future, they will allow for menu customization, and then it will become a more viable option for me.

Does it support recording yet? Last time I checked it didn't, which means you need a separate program to actually burn the discs. Since most drives come with a bundled program, this shouldn't be a big issue, though.

Thanks, it does seem nice and easy to understand. I haven't made a dvd with a menu yet as I haven't needed one, but i'm sure I'll have to deal with that sooner or later.

They've just updated it with burning included according to their website. A couple of people on their forum said they didn't want burning included! Oh well. |
